Science

Scientifically inspired,
naturally perfected.

Biomimetic membrane systems

Investigation of cellular lipid structures for the optimization of dermal barrier function through biomimetic reconstruction.

Epidermal Growth Factors and LNP Encapsulation

Stabilization of growth factors in lipid nanoparticles for controlled release in deeper skin layers.

Preservative-free Formulations

Development of self-preserving systems using biomimetic active ingredients without traditional preservatives.

Nobel Prize context of
EGF research

The discovery of Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) marks a milestone in modern cell biology. In 1986, Stanley Cohen and Rita Levi-Montalcini received the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for their isolation and characterization of EGF. This research laid the foundation for understanding how cells control growth and differentiation. In biomimetic skincare, we use these insights to specifically support the skin's own regeneration and to perfect the barrier function at a molecular level.
