Within the EU:

• Shipping costs: 5.00 EUR flat rate

• From an order value of 100.00 EUR: Free shipping

Outside the EU:

• Shipping costs: 20.00 EUR flat rate

• Orders outside the EU may only be possible by prior arrangement

• The client bears all applicable customs duties, import charges, and other import taxes

Delivery time

Delivery with DHL usually takes place within 3-5 working days after dispatch.

For international deliveries 4-10 working days.

Note on customs duties for international orders

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import charges may apply. These are levied by the competent authorities of the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. DermaPerfect points out that we have no influence on the amount and calculation of these fees.

Tracking and shipping notification

After an order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number, which you can use to track the shipping status of your shipment online at any time.

Damaged or lost shipments

If a shipment is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service immediately at info@derma-perfect.com. We will then initiate the necessary steps with DHL.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Details can be found in our Terms and Conditions (Terms & Conditions Shop, Section 5).

Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. Within 30 days of the purchase date, you can return products you are not satisfied with and receive a full refund.

Return Process

1. Contact us at info@derma-perfect.com with your order number

2. You will receive a free DHL return label via email

3. Pack the goods and take the package to a DHL drop-off point or parcel station

4. Send us the tracking number

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method. The customer bears the return shipping costs.

Exceptions

For opened cosmetic products, returns may be refused for hygiene reasons.
